Valter Malkhasyan is one of the founding partners of Malk & Pogo Law Group. Prior to starting Malk & Pogo Law Group, Valter worked at a prominent class action firm focused on complex commercial litigation, including false advertising, data privacy matters, unfair business competition, and illegal employment practices. Coupled with his undergraduate degree in business, his early work litigating consumer class actions catalyzed a passion for seeking justice from all corporate wrongdoers who stifle fair competition.
As a young attorney at his previous firm, Valter played an integral role in securing one of the largest settlements in a consumer product class action history involving unlawfully labeled skincare products. He has also worked on numerous data privacy cases, litigating cases against corporate giants like Tesla, Snapchat and Google.
Valter earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, completing the school’s Civil Litigation and Advocacy Concentration Program. While at Loyola, Valter was granted a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and also served as member of Loyola Law Review. Prior to attending Loyola Law School, he earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
