Erik comes from a large defense firm where he defended national insurance carriers, public entities like the County of Los Angeles, and businesses of every size. This background gives Erik unique insight into an insurance carriers evaluation of the merits of a case as well as the calculation of the monetary damages. With this experience, Erik is able to adequately evaluate a personal injury case as well as expediting and maximizing the recovery.

Erik has vast experience with personal injury cases ranging from low impact motor vehicle accidents, dangerous condition of public property cases, as well as catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
