Erik Pogosyan is one of the founding partners of Malk & Pogo Law Group. Erik comes from a large defense firm where he defended national insurance carriers, public entities like the County of Los Angeles, and businesses of every size. This background gives Erik unique insight into an insurance carriers evaluation of the merits of a case as well as the calculation of the monetary damages. With this experience, Erik is able to adequately evaluate a personal injury case as well as expediting and maximizing the recovery.

Erik has vast experience with personal injury cases ranging from low impact motor vehicle accidents, dangerous condition of public property cases, as well as catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He has also worked on various employment matters including FEHA Discrimination/Retaliation claims and Wage and Hour Disputes.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Erik earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, after which he attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. At Loyola Law School, where Erik was on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, he served as the Co-President of the Armenian Law Students’ Association and was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review.
